You can find either type of auto dent repair kit at practically any store that sells automotive supplies.  They are both fairly common methods of vehicle repair, and practically anyone can attempt either with great results.  Although if you would like the best results, paying for auto shop repair would be the best option.  This is the only way in which your vehicle can be fully restored to like new condition, no matter the size of the dent.  Just beware, professional auto dent repair can be extremely costly.
